The bus will pick up at the Hotel ME after the sponsor lunch on the 22nd.  Relax and enjoy the scenic drive as you're whisked away to the snowy mountain tops of Andorra. 

Shortly after check-in, a welcome cocktail reception will take place.

 You will receive your ski passes as well as some information about the country which is an excellent tax haven full of stores selling designer goods, top shelf liquor, cigars and cigarettes, Duty Free so shopping can be quite fulfilling without spending a lot of money.

Tuesday, the 23rd will be the first day on the Vallnord slopes, you can skiing or snow board, and getting around to the various slopes is easy using the convenient gondolas and lifts. 

After a day of skiing and boarding, you can rest your tired muscles at the Spa, a spectacular place that offers all types of thermologic therapy from the various pools, sauna, gym, to actual treatments. 

Now that you got your “snow legs” on, the second day of skiing should be a breeze.  You can stick to the slopes you got familiar with the day before, or if you’re feeling adventurous, check out the other runs.   La Massana offers a nice selection of shops and restaurants if you want to just explore the town, or you can head down to Andorra La Vella, the capital which is just a few minutes away,  that has the largest number of shops in the country.

A farewell closing cocktail party will wrap up the Executive Gathering on the evening of the 24th, giving you one more opportunity to catch up with attendees that you may have missed on the slopes.
